Seasons is a unique, well established and independent health food shop in Exeter that has been serving the local community since 1978. Located in Well Street, behind Sidwell Street, Seasons is an Aladdin’s cave of culinary delights selling local food from Devon and beyond.

Toiletries, Supplements And Houshold Too!

Natural Toiletries and Supplements: Seasons stock a broad range of natural toiletries, beauty creams and baby products in Seasons. The fragrant essential oils from Kobashi are made locally – just down the road in Ide.

They also stock some Viridian supplements, Rescue Remedy and Nelson’s homeopathy.

Eco Household products:Seasons keep Ecover and Bio D cleaning products and also offer a refill service in their laundry liquids and washing up liquids.

Macrobiotic products: At Seasons we have a wide variety of seaweeds, tofu, seitan, shitake mushrooms, sushi mats and more… All these products are organic and of a high quality from suppliers such as Clearspring.

Raw & Superfoods: We have an ever growing range of Superfoods at great prices including Raw Cacao Powder, Chai Seeds, Bee Pollen and a vast array of green powders !!!!

Local, Special Diets And Great Service

Something important to Seasons is supporting local suppliers and they are fortunate to have so many local food producers here in Devon and Cornwall. They stock over 30 different local suppliers throughout the shop ranging from honey to hand cream, pies to pickles and raw chocolate to radishes!

Seasons also stock a wide range of products for customers with allergies, intolerances and other dietary requirements and for those that are coeliac, diabetic, gluten intolerant, vegetarians and vegans.

They also offer a discount to those who like to buy their dried foods in bulk.

Seasons offer really competitive prices as they want to make healthy choices affordable to you. You receive 10% off if you buy a whole unopened case of anything and there is a loyalty card for their regulars.

The Seasons Story

We have always been passionate about living a vibrant and joyful life and we feel that eating good quality wholefoods plays a large part in achieving that. Rob worked at Seasons for several years when Parvis, the previous owner had the shop and in May 2009 we decided to buy it from him

We also have a mobile catering business called Fresh Organic that has been running for 11 years. We cook really tasty organic veggie food and a lot of the suppliers we use overlap with the shop

Seasonal Fun

In the lead up to Christmas we have a big celebration in the shop where customers can try lots free food and drink samples and get 10% off all day. This is always a really fun day where we like to thank all our customers who have loyally shopped with us over the year
