Iain Smith is a retail supplier of fabulous wines and spirits from around the world, ranging from stunning every day quaffers, through special treats to age worthy beauties!

The quality of service is second to none as all the staff have recognised qualifications in wines and spirits married with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the wines and what foods they work with. The shop is a specialist wedding supplier who works closely with a number of caterers and venues including The Dartmoor Kitchen and Killerton House.

Wine Events In Magdalen Road

We have a regular monthly tasting in the shop on the first Tuesday of the month, occasional “Secret Suppers”, “Call My Wine Bluff” and on the last Wednesday of the month the excellent “Safari Suppers” in conjunction with Gibson’s Place, Piper’s Farm And Cafe Magdalen. All events are available for hire – Birthday tastings, Private dinners, corporate events and team building excercises.

“Having cut my teeth working for Majestic Wine for 4 years, I decided it was time to stand on my own two feet. I love the quality of produce and the commitment to service that is found on Magdalen Road and felt that this was the place for my shop as the street has all the right complementary businesses.”
